STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
Salt of the Earth International Ministries (SOTEIM) was founded in February 2010. This ministry exists to serve as a liaison between all Christians who profess Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, and to do good works in His name, regardless of their denomination This ministry does not claim that salvation is attained by good works, but that as a result of the new birth; good works should follow.
THE CHALLENGE
The challenge is to first get to know each other across the different cultural and organizational lines that separate us as believers and to see our brothers' needs more clearly than we see our own.
God is no respecter of persons, each of us must understand the resources that God has placed in our procession, and realize that those resources and abilities are but a portion of a much larger picture. Our resources are someone else’s need. God has so designed His kingdom that way.
METHODOLOGY
We serve as a training institution. We train, develop, and educate individuals and teams to participate in short-term mission trips both domestically and internationally. Each person that participates in a trip becomes a vital link in building the kingdom of God here on earth.
